Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy 

You have the option to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the day of payment for our services through our website. In this case, you will need to complete the withdrawal form of the respective insurance company and then send it via email to our network insurance agent, who will assist you. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the payment was made. In any case, and for all the above scenarios, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond 14 calendar days.
